Did the Silver Surfer ever wear the Green Lantern’s Ring?

So, I could be loosing it but I thought that some years ago there was an animation where this happened. I think it was on either the Fantastic Four animated series or a Green Lantern animated series. In either case I believe that Galactus was going to destroy earth and in the fight Silver Surfer ended up putting on the ring to become like the most powerful being or something.

no. they did pinky swear and were “BFFs with benefits” for awhile. but when green lantern offered his ring, silver surfer got all freaked out about it and didn’t call for like two weeks.
